Tornado warnings: Can there be too much of a good thing?

An F5 tornado is coming: How could 60 seconds advance warning be better than 20 minutes? That's what a pair of Texas researchers have suggested. And even the CTO of Weatherbug, whose company makes a living from its severe-weather warning network, agrees that it's possible in some cases.

Tornado warnings which can really help a lot in saving peoples live..remembering on the Iowa where such warnings were have been an issue that if the warning was given much earlier..fatalities could even not that high..Whenever there are such tornado warning alert first and foremost it means seek shelter immediately..
