Instead of emailing me directly, entrepreneurs will add me as a friend on Facebook, and then send their pitch for a story. To ignore these messages would kill off a rich source of information. But the product is so feature poor that all I can do is respond as fast as possible to Facebook messages with “please email this to me" and move on.
